Cards are charged after your order is packed. This typically happens a few days before your scheduled pick-up date.
What time will my order be delivered?
Order will be delivered on the 1st Saturday of the following month that you place your order. Delivery will be between 9:00 am-5:00 pm, or by appointment.

Do I need to be home or awake for delivery?
Not home, no worries! You do not need to be home for delivery. If you won’t be home during the delivery time, please leave a cooler out or a note with instructions for the driver.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
All items are carefully packaged, frozen, and kept cool in transit. Your food items will be frozen upon delivery.
